Such a lovely restaurant, away from the main tourist strip, with beautiful views across the water. They catered really well for my gluten free (coeliac) dietary requirements - the menu is marked up to show which dishes are gluten free or can be adapted. They offer gluten free pizza (pinse) but they are not suitable for coeliacs, whereas the other dishes are.
All our food was excellent, my gluten free pasta was delicious and very well made. My husband's sea bream was huge and perfectly cooked (the same for the prawns in my pasta). The food came quickly and they have some options for kids, which our children enjoyed.

The only place on the entire island of Lefkada where you can eat real Italian food. Really friendly owners and staff wil give you a warm welcome. We had a lovely lunch but decided the same day to come back for diner, which was also briljant. If you are on Lefkada a visit to Zio Fede is a must!

Great pizzas, among best on the island. Service may seem to be a little haphazard at busy times but is always worth the wait. House wine is good and not expensive. Being able to eat on the beach and count the stars is a fine experience.

The food we chose was the Regina pizza, along with the Avocado salad, both of which were delicious. The staff was very competent and welcoming.

Dear Mene Ka, thank you for the beautiful words you choose to describe our restaurant, or would it be better to say our "house". You perfectly described the atmosphere that made us fall in love with this place and that made us take the decision to take on Zio Fede's management and to make live that magic atmosphere also to our customers. We went here in January 2016 and the food is fantastic and authentic Italian. The owner and her husband who is the chef went out of their way to look after us. Being out of season they did not have deserts but he made us a quick tiramisu that was very tasty 😊. Highly recommended, not cheap but then neither is their quality ingredients. Value is good as expected for delicious fresh authentic Italian food. Recommended
Right on the beach in Nydri with a beach club in front of the restaurant. Food and service and wine are all perfect. We had a very enjoyable lunch

Delicious, Authentic, homemade, fresh Italian cusine. Some dishes have Modern twist. Coffee wines an desserts excellent. Friendly italian owners and staff... nothing a problem for them. Superb! The handmade ravioli was one of our favourite.
we ate here twice, and both the pasta and the pizza were great. The waiters were nice and they made fun of my friend because she asked for ketchup :)

Great atmosphere, friendly environment and amazing tastes! Suitable for families also for a coffee by the beach all day long! Authentic Italian cuisine by Laura and Fabio!
